To allow enough time for your visit, we require all patients be seen by appointment. Please call (509) 455-8220 to schedule with us.
Sick visits can usually be scheduled as same-day appointments. We suggest you schedule well child visits and physicals at least two weeks ahead of time.
Out of consideration towards fellow patients, we ask that you try to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not currently have any children who are seen by us, you can set up a new account with the front desk when you call in to make your first appointment.
If you want to set up an account for a newborn, simply call the office after the child is born and set up an appointment. We typically see new babies within the first three to five days after birth. At this time, we will also enter your new child into our system, so there's nothing you need to do with us before you have the baby!
We understand that you want to make sure your child is being seen by caring providers at a quality practice, so feel free to drop by our office any time and take a look around.
If you need a prescription for a controlled substance refilled, you can call our office with the patient name and birth date, the name of the medication and the dosage amount. Refills can be mailed to you, picked up at our clinic, or sent directly to your pharmacy. It usually takes around 24 - 48 hours to fill your request.
For uncontrolled medication refills, call your pharmacy and they will send us a refill request.
If our office is closed, and you have an urgent medical question that cannot be postponed until we re-open, please use the numbers provided below.
